The Cham Group is developing a new residential and working quarter with industrial charm on the Papieri site. Directly on the banks of the river Lorze, distinctive new buildings are being added to the existing buildings of the original paper mill and are being realised in a sustainable manner. A new meeting place with supra-regional appeal is being created, where history and the present shake hands.
We are developing lighting master plan for the 140,000 sqm site and accompanying the project through the various stages till completion.
Completion of the final stage in 2035.
